Consultant/Wedding Planner – Elysha Black
Elysha has capably planned hundreds of weddings and events. Her keen style and creative sense of vision combined with her dedication and organization ensures that your event comes together exactly how you imagined it (bridal reviews attest to this!). Event planning is truly her passion and she demonstrates that with her enthusiasm, warm spirit and keen attention to detail. Elysha feels lucky to be a part of the process that assures her clients have a beautiful, unique and stress free wedding day.

Catering – Jeff Haslam
Jeff has worked in foods all of his life and brings a rich knowledge of foods and food technology – especially as it relates to banquet foods and restaurants operations. Jeff has managed restaurants and consults with restaurateurs and chefs to expand menus and profits. Jeff will plan and create menus, run day to day operations and work to build the quality of Canterbury Place catering.

Decorating Consultant – Jean Rees
Jean brings talents of interior design. She will provide an eye for style and décor to each event. She is excited to work with brides to help turn their visions into reality.

Business Strategist – Steve Williams
Steve brings business, marketing and wedding expertise to the group. Steve grew up in the family wedding business that included a reception center, a wedding decorating company, a wedding printing company and catering operations. Since returning to the family business in 2005, Steve has guided the family reception center into arguable the most successful venue in Utah right now. Steve is called upon and consults with owner/operators of wedding venues across the west. Steve is primed for the new opportunity at The Canterbury Place.
